MIDI Files to Download

These MIDI files are here for your enjoyment and to give you a sample of the diverse styles of music available from our Music Catalog. Some files feature solo piano, while other files are scored for piano with additional instruments. All files are recorded with the piano on channel 1, and drums or percussion (if any) on channel 10. For successful downloading and playback, make sure that your browser is set up to handle files with a .mid extension.  Please note:  These files are samples for our web site only; the disks in our library are not in MIDI format, and are not guaranteed to work on any other manufacturers' systems.

Now using SMF Format 0
The following MIDI files are from the PianoDisc Music Library. They are formatted as Standard MIDI Files, Format 0. These files can be played from your computer, if you have a soundcard and one of the many available software MIDI File players or commercial sequencing programs. The files can also be played on many brands of digital keyboards, digital pianos and organs that have sequencing capabilities.  If you would like more information about MIDI formats and a link to conversion programs please take a look at our MIDI information page.

These files can be played on a PDS-128 or PDS-128Plus with operating system 3.1(L) or higher installed.  Download the files to your hard drive, then copy the files to a PC-formatted floppy disk.  After ejecting the disk, load it into your PDS-128 or PDS-128Plus and play the files.
